Literature Text

My mind lingers on you-
always.
It won't stop fluttering back
to thoughts of you.
And I do not think you care anymore.
We haven't spoken in three days.

You want me to stay.
You tell me to stop waiting for you.
What do you want?
I want to give you everything.
Feel your warmth again,
holding me, kissing my back.
Your skin so soft,
against my own.

A weight of emptiness anchors in my heart.
It took your place,
when you left.
And we haven't spoken in three days.
Do I cross your mind,
when you are alone at night in bed?
Does my shape linger there?
I miss you unconditionally,
and want to believe you,
but I doubt you dream of me.
Feeling sad today. I miss him so much, and I'm not sure if he cares.

Please tell me what you think

I feel exactly what you are feeling, only under different circumstances. It sucks bad to care so much about someone who won't even talk to you.

As for your poem, I like it. The conversational style works well, and I like your choice of words - "fluttering back to you", "Your skin so soft", "Does my shape linger there?".
